Taught by Sharon Drew Morgen, the developer of Buying Facilitation®, this 3-day decision-facilitation/change management training enables learners how to help buyers navigate through all of the behind-the-scenes issues they must engage in order to be ready, willing, and able to buy. The buying decision path is a 13 stage process, and the sales model engages buyers and starts conversations around the choice of solutions and vendors. Buying Facilitation adds the piece sales does not cover: how to assemble the right folks and get consensus, how to reorganize/rethink the change necessary to bring in something new, and how to know if an external solution would be cost/resource effective rather than use an internal workaround….all issues buyers currently handle (very slowly) on their own, outside of our purview.

With this training, learners will have a new skill set to add to sales to manage each step, each decision, each step of the buying decision path – most of which has been hidden from us because they are change issues rather than solution choice issues.

The Buying Facilitation training in Austin models the change and choice issues buyers work with by working with the learner-participant as if the learner were the buyer. The program teaches learners to make new decisions around their current skills to decide when, if, and how to add new skills to their current sales skills. The learner’s journey parallels the buyer’s journey that buyers must go through during their buying decision process as they determine when, if and how to choose a new solution.
